Gerry Feldman

Gerry is a global executive offering an extraordinarily broad range of health industry experience as a manufacturer and marketer of medical devices and a hospital administrator. He currently serves as CEO for MCS Medical Ltd. Previously, Gerry serves as president of Oridion, a major developer of capnography system technology. He oversaw the acquisition of Oridion by Covidien, and served as VP to help establish Covidien in the capnography market sector. He serves on several boards of directors for various medical device companies. Gerry has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Health, both from Columbia University.

Steve Dimmer

Steve is an experienced entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience in building medical technology companies, including six start-ups and several large multi-national companies. He currently serves as CEO of CurvaFix, Inc. and President of StratuMed, LLC. Steve holds a BSEE from San Diego State University and an MBA from University of Washington. 

Todd Strumwasser, MD

Todd is currently SVP of Operations at Dignity Health in San Francisco. Previously, he held several executive positions at Swedish Hospital, Seattle, winning the 2010 Swedish Physician Leadership Award for demonstrating continued and dedicated support for the Swedish Foundation. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist who previously served as president of Physicians Anesthesia Service. Todd graduated from the University of California, Davis, and received his MD from the University of Southern California. He completed a residency in anesthesiology from the University of Washington Affiliated Hospitals, where he served as chief resident.


Mary-Pierre Waiss is the CEO of Precision Image Analysis based in Kirkland, WA.  Mary is an experienced executive with a background in hospital management and in the C-suite of medical device and healthcare services companies. She has proven success in taking medical devices full cycle -- from bench to commercialization, including regulatory approval. Mary has multiple peer-reviewed publications and a book chapter on cardiac imaging.  Additionally, she is a member of the American Heart Association and a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography.

Nathan McDonald

Nathan is the CEO of Keiretsu Capital, and President of Keiretsu Forum Northwest and managing partner Keiretsu Capital. He has dedicated much of his career to stimulating growth-stage capital investment, raising over $30 million for 15 growth companies. As one of the Northwest’s leading organizers of entrepreneurial and investor relations-focused media and funding events, he has facilitated scores of engagements and successfully promoted hundreds of privately financed high-growth companies. Nathan earned his MBA and BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Ky Calder

Ky is an active participant in the medical device arena, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Aqueduct Critical Care. He previously was on the Board of Tangent Medical Technologies. As a Board member for WINGS (the Medical Technology Angels), Ky helps early stage investments for medical technology companies in Washington State. Ky received his MBA from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.


As the Managing Director of Clinical Education at Norge Consulting, Patrick is responsible for developing clinical education platforms and serving as a liaison to regional sales teams and independent distributors. He also supports various trials and research studies. an anesthesiology tech at Swedish Medical Center, Patrick is a regionally-known speaker at anesthesia symposiums on topics such as capnography and electrocardiography.
